These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Think Before You Click (“TBYC”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the TBYC Official Website website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Platform”). You agree that by accessing the Platform, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE PLATFORM AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Platform from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. The information provided on the Platform is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Platform from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
The Platform is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. Think Before You Click (TBYC) is a cybersecurity awareness and digital safety platform intended to help users identify, understand, and avoid cyber threats, scams, frauds, phishing attempts, deceptive online activities, social engineering attacks, and other digital risks. The content and information provided through the Platform are intended solely for educational, informational, and awareness purposes.
TBYC is not a law enforcement agency, financial recovery service, cybersecurity investigation firm, legal advisory service, or governmental authority. We do not guarantee prevention of scams, frauds, cyberattacks, identity theft, financial losses, or digital harm. Users are solely responsible for their own digital decisions, financial transactions, online interactions, and cybersecurity precautions.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, cybersecurity awareness material, fraud prevention content, educational content, and trademarks displayed on the Platform (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
The Content and trademarks are provided on the Platform “AS IS” for your personal information and non-commercial use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service, no part of the Platform and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

The Platform is intended to provide general cybersecurity awareness, scam prevention education, digital safety information, and fraud-related educational content. While we strive to provide accurate, updated, and reliable information, TBYC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or effectiveness of any information provided through the Platform.
Nothing contained on the Platform constitutes legal advice, cybersecurity consulting, financial advice, investment advice, law enforcement guidance, or professional investigative services. Users should independently verify information and consult relevant authorities, financial institutions, cybersecurity professionals, legal advisors, or law enforcement agencies where appropriate.
TBYC does not investigate cybercrime incidents, recover stolen funds, reverse transactions, or provide enforcement services. Any reliance you place on information provided through the Platform is strictly at your own risk.
You may not access or use the Platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the Platform available. As a user of the Platform, you agree not to systematically retrieve data or other content from the Platform to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us. You hereby represent and warrant that your Submissions do not violate applicable laws, infringe upon the rights of any third party, or contain unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or malicious material.
If you access the Platform via a mobile application, then we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the mobile application on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you, and to access and use the application strictly in accordance with these Terms of Service.
You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the application, make modifications to the application, violate applicable laws in connection with your access or use of the application, remove proprietary notices, use the application for unauthorized commercial purposes, or use the application to create products or services competitive with TBYC.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, government portals, cybersecurity resources, reporting systems, or external services that are not owned or controlled by TBYC. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party websites, services, information, products, or practices.
Your interactions with third-party websites and services are solely between you and the applicable third party. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or issues arising from your use of third-party platforms.

Certain features, services, or content available through TBYC may require payment, subscription, or in-app purchases. By purchasing a subscription or paid feature, you agree to applicable pricing, billing terms, renewal policies, and payment processing conditions.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through the applicable app store or payment provider. Refunds, where applicable, shall be subject to the policies of the relevant payment provider, Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or other applicable platforms.
These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Platform. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PLATFORM TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR BREACH OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Platform or delete any information or content that you posted at any time, without warning, in our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to change, modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove the contents of the Platform at any time or for any reason without notice. We have no obligation to update any information on the Platform.
We cannot guarantee the Platform will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, maintenance, or other issues resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Platform during any downtime or discontinuance.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE PLATFORM’S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE PLATFORM AND WE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, MISTAKES, FINANCIAL LOSSES, CYBERCRIME INCIDENTS, FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, DATA LOSS, IDENTITY THEFT, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
IN NO EVENT WILL TBYC OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TBYC, including our affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, demand, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms of Service, your violation of any law or regulation, or your violation of the rights of a third party.
These Terms of Service and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiations. If such dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Visiting the Platform, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Platform constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
